I needed to have a timer box removed that apparently stopped working, which was connected to my hot water heater. I called. Mr. Electric and my call was answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. I got a text saying my service person was on the way. It was Devin Libby. He assessed what needed to be done and I also got a free home safety check. He needed a part that he didn’t have on the truck and told me he would be back within the hour, which he was. The technician was courteous and highly professional. He researched and ordered special parts for the necessary repairs and kept me informed along the way. Jasmin was highly knowledgeable and completed the job perfectly.
