Reached out to see what it would cost for someone to come out to change 2 outlets and install a ceiling fan, I was told it would be "no charge" to come out to my home and offer me a quote, when I pressed I was told it was not "exactly free", glad I pressed because something did not add up to me. I did some further digging and turns out it's $266 for a diagnostic charge. Ben was very helpful. He diagnosed what was going on within my power outage and he fixed it promptly. He also showed me how to fix it going forward on my own if something were to happen again.
