Came out to fix my Kohler generator. The let me know they needed to replace a few items (control panel, circuit board, exc) if it didn't work they would just take them back and there wouldn't be a charge. We would then need to install a new one. It turned on while the tech was there and then he left and wouldn't come on again. I paid them the $3600 to fix it. I called them and they said sorry it turned on that that is what I paid for. Obviously it wasn't fixed seeing as they it turned on for 5 mins and then never again. So ... read more
