I scheduled for someone to simply change the battery in my smoke detector. My ceiling is about 14 or 16 feet. The guy came to look at it and quoted me over $400 to do a simple task as described. After speaking with the company again, the tech came back and quoted the simple job of changing a battery in a smoke detector a whopping $260. I literally wasted $59 which is what is charged for a tech to come out. And the fact that I googled them and they had pretty good googled reviews which is why I chose them. But now I feel like... read more

5 stars across the board. The technicians arrived promptly and provided me with a complete and accurate quote before any work was performed. I was kept apprised of the status of the work as it progressed. Jayden and Jake are thoroughly professional and all work was completed in a timely manner exactly as quoted. Cleanup was perfect. I highly recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs.

Jayden or Jordan not sure of his name, came out and stood in my living room. My husband rang the doorbell for him. He never even looked at the doorbell. Didn’t say let’s see if it can be fixed. Quoted me 500.00 to replace doorbell. He left and said he needed to get supplies. I googled cost to replace entire doorbell and transmitter 250.00 I called the office and told them do not have him come back. They offered to lower cost to 450.00 I said no thx you Sent me service fee bill 59.99

They call themselves "24-hour Emergency Electricians", but if you call ANY of their numbers (and some numbers listed for other electrician services), it refers back to one voice mail system that states they will return your call the next business day. I guess they need assistance in understanding the meaning of the terms "24-hour" and "emergency".

My wife & I are Senior Citizens and very skeptical about service calls. The technician arrive right on time & was clean & courteous He performed a simple service and charged a basic fee which I thought was much too expensive. I protested the charge to his office manager & she agreed and reduced the charge. I am very pleased with the service and the concern of this company and they will get my future business.
