In December of 2021 I had a large tree fall onto my house and knockout my power. Long story short the incident was stressful. Mr Electric sent out Jason, who is one of their master electricians to replace the mast and panel. Jason was great!!! He was in contact with me throughout the entire process and even helped me deal with the insurance company, which was a huge help. I would absolutely recommend Jason and this company to anyone on the Big Rapids area. Thanks again for making my life a little easier during the process.
Was nice enough to contact me a second time after the weekend from their answering service to check to see if I had power or not although they have an answering service and we'll discuss your power needs over the phone they require quite a bit of money down and it's ridiculous that there's no Mom and Pop companies that are willing to take you at your word anymore
