do not use this service. avoid at all costs. we were improperly charged the after hours fee and quoted eleven THOUSAND (11,000) dollars to fix a problem that ended up being $200 for another electrician to fix. thankfully we knew better to seek help somewhere else, but this is a horrible business practice. if an elderly person with no other help or knowledge made this call, they would have been out 11k. there was absolutely no reason for the service to cost the amount they wanted to charge. the electrician we ended up going w... read more
The lady that answer's the phone is nice and super honest. Other than that the installer left a mess, and was a touch unprofessional
