The technicians were prompt and did a good job. It took them 1/2 hour to diagnose and make the required repair. I obtained a $20 coupon from, Heath, the owner's Mr. Electric website to use toward payment of the invoice. The invoiced amount before tax was $195; $212.63 with tax. I gave the technician a check for $212.63 but forgot to give him the $20 off coupon. The technician did not leave me my copy of the invoice when he left my home at about 2:30pm.
