I walked into Earnhardt Ford and was fortunate enought to run into Brian Burton. We were treated to a professional hassle free buying experience. We explored all options and bought the right truck at the right price with zero pressure. Best dealership experience we have ever had.
I brought my vehicle in for service and got quite a surprise. I was called to pick up the car, but when I got there the service was not complete. On top of that my keys went missing. After much searching they found my keys and I finally got the car. I am seriously disappointed, as Earnhardt has always had high marks for service. Someone clearly dropped the ball.
Stopped by a while back on a long trip and Windy Barnes helped me out. If I didn't live so far away I would go back.
About a year or so ago we bought a truck and Windy Barnes was our associate. She had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. She really made it a great experience. We always suggest her to our friends and family and she's still rockin because we hear nothing but great things back!
