Never never again will my husband go to Dr. Duy Lam at eyecarecenter. He was overcharged. They said it was a glitz. They had his wrong address and charged him twice. He went to the office and tried to get his refund. They said they would mail it to him.He called about it to get it and they said in progress. However two weeks later he called again. Very satisfied, took more than the usual time with me and discussed all my concerns.
I wish that I could give 0 stars. This man did not care about my eye health at all. He only cared about me ordering some glasses that were “on sale,” and then he didn’t order my Medicaid glasses to ensure that I paid off the glasses that ended up being much more than he originally quoted. He also rushed my exam and entire appointment. THEN he did not have the lenses shaped so that they would not look unappealing. I hated the experience and I hate these glasses. I would not recommend.
