Your equipment is broken in the far west bay. The sprayer never came on, even though I had the selector set to soapy wash. I tried to cancel immediately, but the system would not allow it. I tried switching the selector around to the other settings. Didn't have any effect. It continued to count up the time and money until $3.50 clicked off. Half the times that I come here, the card readers aren't working and I spend 5 minutes alternating between trying to use my card or Apple Pay.

Meh. They're a car wash. Other than rounding up my 8.50 spent to ten dollars, it worked as expected

This is the worst car wash in Lawrence for a number of reasons. #1 The wand has no protective rubber tip. #2 After swiping your card you get 3 1/2 minutes and the thing shuts off. You have to swipe it again and again to get your vehicle washed. This waste time and money and is inefficient. When the water suddenly shuts off reason #1 comes into play. Edit: card reader(s) are broken. Sat for 30 minutes just to swipe 4 different cards in every possible manner. Thanks for wasting a chunk of my Sunday.
