Technician showed up at my home this morning. He visualized the inside of the dryer vent from the point nearest to the dryer with a camera and told me that the dryer vent was completely clogged. He told me that this was not a normal dryer vent and the job would take more than 10 minutes. I informed him that 1) I had told him that the dryer vent was 25' long when we spoke yesterday and he said that was not a problem, and 2) cleaning the dryer vent always takes more than 10 minutes.
