Scheduled a minor plumbing repair two weeks in advance to ensure my tenant was on-site when the work was completed. On the scheduled date, I received a call an hour into the time window they provided asking if they could come that afternoon due to some "backlog" from the prior week. Their service guy in office was great to talk to and helped a lot. Problem was them cancelling on us 2 weeks in a row. Poor communication, and cancelled at the same time they were supposed to show up.
