Quick to take your money with out giving you an itemized receipt. Told me a repair and adding gold to my jewelry I purchased that fell apart every time my girl wears it. I sent it in to make the gold thicker Arthur told me $800. I said ok how much more gold are they adding and what are they charging for labor.
