The DIY outlet at Taman Tampoi Indah is extremely disappointing. The store often feels like a junkyard—messy, poorly organized, and unpleasant to shop in. It’s very frustrating when customers have to search through clutter just to find basic items. What’s even worse is the staff attitude. DIY, what is wrong with you. Got so many branches but then cannot provide that stupid qr code for e invoice claim. What a hassle, ask staff to key in then staff key in wrong email. Then have to go back ke? You are the only big company that have a very stupid way to give out e invoice.
