Very disappointed with the queue management during checkout. We were already waiting in line, but when another counter became available, we moved over to pay. Another customer who was behind us then claimed it was her turn. Instead of handling the situation fairly, the staff immediately asked us to go back without checking who had actually been waiting first. If there is a queueing policy, it should be clearly communicated to all customers. Otherwise, customers who queue first should be served first. Very disappointing exper... read more

She was very friendly, professional, and efficient in resolving customer issues. Her prompt assistance and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Lelaki yang jaga cashier petang 08.05.26 masa petang klu tk ikhlas jngan kerja bang.. klu masa ank sy bgi tau awal mmg aku sound kau trus…jgan pandang org pakai biasa trus macam tu.. sedar sikit kau pun makan gaji je.. bagi duit baki at customer macam customer minta sedekah…

Pada 29/1/2026 jam 11.54 am Servis dari cashier bernama Amirun Hazim kurang memuaskan. Layanan sangat yang biadap,bermasam muka,mencampak barang pelanggan dan menghempas barang milik pelanggan. Ini merupakan pengalamn kali kedua daripada orang yang sama dan mohon tindakan tegas dari pihak pengurusan DIY terhadap pekerja ini supaya tidak ada lagi pengalaman yang sama dari pekerja .Bullshit service
