Yesterday I shopped at this store for the first time. Shortly after entering a young man offered to help. He was not pushy but very friendly and polite. He wasn’t able to find the answer to my question on the tag underneath the cushion on the sofa I was considering. And it was with quite a bit of trouble to get the tag.
