We’ve taken our car here twice now for interior detailing and both times they had a quick turnaround and quality work. Chris is always friendly and great at communicating if anything comes up as the team is cleaning. Definitely lifelong customers now.
Detailing Services: Despite discussing my priorities and bringing the car in for a quote, I was pushed into an unnecessarily large package that still didn’t deliver. The corners of every interior window were untouched, the moon roof wasn’t cleaned, and exterior defects were met with deflection rather than accountability. After redoing the windows and washing the car myself, I’m not sure what my nearly $500 paid for. Honestly, not worth considering.
My 2002 Highlander looks (and smells) amazing! Easy to book online. Upfront pricing. Courteous and friendly staff. Will definitely be back next time!
We loved the service. It was our first time at Mr. Detail Auto Salon. I would definitely recommend this service to others. I liked that the staff were welcoming and friendly. They gave sound advice and answered any questions I had. They also gave honest recommendations about the vehicle's need instead of up selling a service. This was very appreciated.
They did a great job! But we paid for it. This is not a mystery. Worth it every once in a while I think.
