Chris was a lifesaver when we brought in our car afflicted by the absolutely ungodly odor of a spilled chai tea latte that had spent a few days in the sun. He was quick, kind, and most importantly had the car smelling normal in no time. Highly recommend Chris!
I had such a great experience at this detailing place! They did an amazing job on the interior—my car looks and smells brand new inside. They also managed to buff out some scratches on the side that had been bothering me for a while. Super friendly staff, easy to work with, and you can tell they really care about their work. Highly recommend!
I have always believed in paying for quality and Mr. Detail affirms that approach. My newer Volvo SUV was very dirty from moving and having two large dogs and after 24 hours at this shop, it was returned to me in showroom quality. Service was communicative and timely - and I was offered a walk around of my car before I was asked to pay to make sure I was happy. The cars are kept indoors and the shop offers just about any service you could imagine. I will be going back.
The Ballard crew rocks! It has been some time since I've had my interior done. So, it was pretty mess. The car was ready when promised and the work was stellar. I'm still amazed at how much better it looks.
They did a good job with the clean, but be warned about unexpected charges at checkout. What was originally quoted as a $275 interior clean ended up being $425 due to additional charges for extra dirt, etc. I was shocked—had I known this was a possibility, I wouldn’t have booked. When I escalated, the associate said, “I wasn’t here yesterday and didn’t take the job,” so it went nowhere. Definitely not worth the cost of paying someone to clean an interior.
