The Ballard crew rocks! It has been some time since I've had my interior done. So, it was pretty mess. The car was ready when promised and the work was stellar. I'm still amazed at how much better it looks.
They did a good job with the clean, but be warned about unexpected charges at checkout. What was originally quoted as a $275 interior clean ended up being $425 due to additional charges for extra dirt, etc. I was shocked—had I known this was a possibility, I wouldn’t have booked. When I escalated, the associate said, “I wasn’t here yesterday and didn’t take the job,” so it went nowhere. Definitely not worth the cost of paying someone to clean an interior.
Easy appointment scheduling (and rescheduling), easy drop-off and pickup, ready ahead of schedule, and great work done. Would absolutely come back. Thanks Chris!
Had the best experience! I showed up and pretty much booked the wrong service, but Chris happily helped me rebook and add what I needed! My car was finished in less than 2 days, which was very impressive with what I had going on, and looked amazing! Will definitely be back.
Consistently great service and results each time we have brought our vehicles here. They worked magic on a window that our son loaded with stickers once. It sounds cliche, but Chris and the team are fast and friendly. Scheduling is easy, pick up is flexible. We recommend Mr. Detail whenever anyone comments on our nice, clean cars!
