Dr. Ali was absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years now. So I have been wearing the same old analog technology and I was fine with them up until the last few years. I do not like change, so I was very hesitant and resistant to the new type of hearing aids on the market. The words "digital", "apps", "Bluetooth", and "can be controlled with your android phone" were very intimidating to me to hear, which made me not want to venture out of my comfort zone with what I knew. He's got a great team running this office. They're very efficient, quick, and helpful. Dr. Dassan Ali himself is patient, thorough, and helpful when talking to his patients. He answered all of my questions in detail and offered recommendations. Not once did I feel rushed out. Highly recommend this office and doctor, my mother has been a loyal patient and now he's gained another one.
Dr. Ali was very helpful and explained all details and information clearly and thoroughly….he worked with us with true sincerity and understanding . He also helped us by working with our schedule to see us as soon as possible and get service quickly!! I would refer him to any family member and friends.
