I’ve always had great people working in this car wash and everybody’s very friendly. Today I come in and having trouble with getting the computer to work and I had to ask for the gentleman to come over and help and he was so flipped out and very grumpy about me asking for his help. Tries to guide me onto the tracks with his back towards me. I will not come back I’ll be looking for another car wash.
Came here for a wash and to get my car vacuumed. The car was was nice but when it came to the customer service and vacuums not so much. First off non of them said hi or even welcome. Just quiet. Then lastly the vacuumes don’t work. They didn’t even suck anything up….
Horrible customer service. I felt like the guy with the pink hair was very rude. He didn't say hi or even try to be polite.
