Rang up for an emergency on 30/12/24 & got me in within the hour great service & friendly staff
My son needed emergency treatment after cracking his tooth , we saw Sabrina and she was amazing, so friendly and explained everything, my son has ASD and I honestly can’t thank her enough for being so amazing, she talked to Matthew asked if the lights needed dimming let him touch things and showed him how things would work. Can only sing the praises of the staff here at DRD - Especially at Trinity Mews. Sabrina worked with my mum who has extreme phobia and anxiety around the dentist and dental procedures. She was extremely informative about everything she was going to do, explained how everything worked, confirmed everything with mum and upon leaving, had an extremely positive outcome and a plan in place for future work to be carried out.
