This use to be a great car wash I use to live about 2 blocks from the Hayes location and would take my car/ truck there all the time 7 dollars and a two dollar tip seem ok to me now the price went to 8 bucks and That’s ok but the people that work there now are lazy they do a crouch job on the last 3 times I have been there dirt is still on the windshield and the sides of the truck so I won’t be going back I know people have a off day that’s why I kept going back but 3 times now ... that defines the quality so no more

Apparently this is the what Mr C’s considers a Bills Best wash. Not to mention they didn’t push my mirror back out on the passenger side. I also had to redo the windows because they did a awful job. For a $32.00 car wash I expected better. Not sure what’s going on here, but the quality of work has gone down hill. It’s pretty bad when I have to redo work I just paid to get done.

Have gone here exclusively for quite sometime but the service is continually getting worse. Vehicle is hardly clean, staff seems short-handed, etc. Just terrible.
RecommendedWashington used to be real good. Now just good. Lost a step. Attention to detail not as good as it used to be. Streaks on the glass after wiping windows, like the towels weren’t clean. Asked guy not to use brushes on the paint and the guy got po’d. Probably still better than most but they charge more than most so they should be.
Tried them again with the same results! Don’t waste your time or money. Paid for full wash and there were bugs still on my hood and inside was barely touched.
RecommendedThank you Mr. C’s Car Wash & crew for not only making my Jeep look like new but for also supporting the kids & programs in our LO Community! I know it’s appreciated dearly! I was in and out in 29 minutes for an interior/exterior wash. $22 and it looks like new!
