I don't know where I should start. I brought a car to them that need a oil pump. They changed it out and got the work done very fast. The car runs like new now. They are very honest, hard-working and reasonable. Great auto mechanics.

Our alternator went out while traveling through Kingsport, and we were able to get our Jeep towed to Mr. C's. They were able to get the part and install it in less than two days. The owner was very friendly over the phone, and in-person! Prices are very fair, and it was a safe location to leave our vehicle! Thank you very much!
