The best mechanic I have found in our area. I had a job I couldn’t do in my own. I had bought my own parts thinking I could, but realized quickly I was in over my head. Took it to Mr. C’s. First of all, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave me an honest estimate and a day for the appointment. It took them longer than they thought (it was a complex job), and when I called to check in that afternoon, they promised it would be done that day like they said. Our alternator went out while traveling through Kingsport, and we were able to get our Jeep towed to Mr. C's. They were able to get the part and install it in less than two days. The owner was very friendly over the phone, and in-person! Prices are very fair, and it was a safe location to leave our vehicle! Thank you very much!
