Update number 2: I saw Craig for the 6 week follow up on 17/9 and he said I was healing incredibly well and he did not need to see me again and to go live my life. I'm currently 9 weeks post surgery and I'm walking my dogs, I managed my first office day without any issue (for reference it's an 11 hour day involving 2.5 hours of commuting), able to grocery shop and run errands without issue and other than a bit of muscle soreness and fatigue at the junction of my neck/shoulders, I can't express how good I feel and what a succ... read more
A waste of time and $350 , felt like I was just seeing a GP 🤷♀️
Update: I had ACDF and laminectomy Wednesday 6/8 with Craig through homesglen private. Once again, his bedside manner and clear conversations were reassuring post op. I was discharged after a night at my request (with Craig's approval of course) and have continued to recover at home. So far, it has followed the course Craig advised it would and I'm feeling confident we've had success. I saw Craig today for a second opinion and am grateful I did. Just watched a TV program regarding a neurosurgeon and it made me reflect on my own experience with Dr Timms I presented as a 22 year old male with severe back pain and sciatica due to a slipped disc between L4 and L5. Had the MRIs and was recommended Dr Timms. He was amazing, really personable and compassionate, I could not recommend a better surgeon.
