I greatly appreciate Carmen Starr, an independent origination servicer analyst, who reached out to me in regards to a survey I completed on my refinancing mortgage through Lakeview. After offering to help resolve the issues l identified on the survey, she advised me that I did not need to make a mortgage payment in November, which no other persons involved in the loan process had revealed. She was a true professional in her position.

They love to debit your account, without your permission, and then not reconcile their mistake. They should be sued. Don't save your bank account on the website!!!
My loan was unfortunately sold to this company, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. Their so-called “support” team is completely useless — every time you call or message, you get bad information that not only fails to resolve your issue but actually causes more money to be pulled from your account than you ever authorized.
