I’ve been a customer of Mr. Cooper for over six years. My original mortgage was acquired by them, and about five years ago I even refinanced directly through them. During that time I maintained a strong payment history. In more than 20 years of managing credit, I had never had a late payment on any account. They don't even have a functional website for customers. For months, I have to call them on the phone to make a payment, like it's 1998. And then they just tell me someone is working on the site. Absolutely absurd.
My mortgage unfortunately got sold to Mr.Cooper (former called Nationstar Mortgage for anyone curious; apparently had to go through a rebranding at one point wonder why....). They are completely inept and constantly mess up from support, to the portal that they keep redesigning to paying my freaking taxes. I'm over this awful company, and I'm filing a BBB complaint.
Mr cooper was fantastic until they merged with rocket mortage you can't get anyone on the phone!!! This is bs no i dont want to use the automated service and I need other question answered from a real person.
