Worst Mortgage company on earth. They have leaked all our sensitive data during the breash they allowed to happen and when I try to call them to address anything their robot refuses to allow me speak to a live agent.
If zero stars was a rating this company would get it. They have the most awful customer service. My disabled veteran grandfather got his mortgage doubled due to a “mistake” made on THIER paperwork. My grandfather can barely afford to buy his own groceries due to this mistake MR. COPPER made. How can you treat elderly veterans like this? Especially when it was a mistake on paperwork that is filled out by an employee! They claim they “read the property tax assessment incorrectly” so he has to make up the tax difference!
