Terrible customer service and terrible service in general. My insurance has sent bills to receive payment for my homeowners insurance and even got confirmation and have received nothing. I've sent emails to customer service with automated replies and no response back then I spent 6 hours on the phone with them. 2 hang up calls with no call back to confirming on the call the payment was sent only to still not receive payment. I got unlucky enough to have my mortgage taken over by Mr. Cooper. The original mortgage and the next 2 loan purchasers agreed that the 15th of every month was acceptable for payment (legally, I believe I have until the 16th to pay before late charges). After my mortgage was finally sold to Mr Cooper, I get hounded daily by robo calling starting on the 5th of each month, saying to call them and "We are a debt collector." Given I have until the 16th to pay before it's considered late, I am not sure what could be more annoying... read more
