Terrible company, didn’t send me a 15 day notice that’s required by federal law to inform me that my mortgage was sold to them. Now I have to get an attorney to sue them.
Very difficult to communicate with.
Sleazy company with hidden junk fees added to your mortgage every few months. Impossible to reach customer service when you call and try to ask about aforementioned mystery fees. Payments regularly post as late as a week after date you scheduled them for (& yeah it's them and not my bank, I checked). Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else.
Don’t believe their equity loan ( no appraisal) if under 100k, BS. Asked for way less and my tax records put me at under 27%. Still made me do an appraisal. Waste of money, they did a drive by appraisal for $500 (wtf) I need that job. Wasted one month of my time waiting for them, don’t make my mistake. Use anyone else.
Terrible company. My mortgage was sold to them my escrow for home ins. Was due by April 14 they mailed a check april 3. Ins comp never got it so they canceled my policy. I have talked to an agent n they refuse to help just they sent the payment. Ya late and now im canceled. Now what???? I finally got reinstated so I'll up my rating to average.
