Not a customer by choice. Unfortunatley my mortgage was sold to Mr Cooper. If the cosumer had a choice this business would simply not exist.
I have a mortgage loan with Lakeview/Mr. Cooper Loans ("Lakeview"). Lakeview made a mistake in their escrow accounting whereby they paid for my homeowners' insurance twice to two different companies, after being advised months earlier that the older policy had been terminated. This resuilted in a shortage of approximately $3,600.00 in my escrow account. Ever since I started with them it's been a run-around they don't give out any information it's always a run-around today I spend 3 .4 hours back and forth with false information on why my mortgage went up they are sitting at a 1.7 and they merge with rocket mortgage probably to save the company I would not recommend this company not even to my worst enemies I will be looking for a new place to take over my mortgage
