I am completely disappointed in the service that I was provided. I was attempting to make a final payment and requested a payoff quote that I never received and now I am going to be charged for an additional payoff quote that I will now have to expedite. The representative nor the manager was willing to help. I am paying off my home loan seven years early and I still could not be assisted.
HORRIBLE LOAN COMPANY MY LOAN CLOSED APRIl 2025 THEY OWE MONEY WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER IN MAY 2025 AND ASK THEM WHERE IS MY REFUND THEY SAID GIVE US YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO WE WILL TRANSFER YOUR REFUND TO YOUR BANK THAT WAS IN MAY 2025 WE ARE IN SEPTEMBER 2025 I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND I CALLED THERE CORP OFFICE SEPT 1 2025 CORP THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND JUST LIKE CUSTOMER I WILL NEVER USE MR. COOPER FOR MY MORG NEEDS
Absolutely one of the worst companies to deal with. Lack of communication and unable to talk to anyone that has authority to get something done. In my honest opinion should no be in business the way their policies and company is set up.
Updated Review: I've recently had to contact Mr. Cooper by phone on two different occasions. Each time, I'm happy to report, contacting a live representative was relatively effortless. I did not have to go through numerous menu options. Rather, a request to speak to a representative led to an agent within minutes. On each contact my question/issue was resolved in a timely manner.
