Hello Mr Lovely Cooper! I just wanted to say, ever since we were bought out from Flagstar Mortgage company over to you! You are by far the worst mortgage company EVER!!! My husband and I pay by weekly and ever since then have been having issues from you because you seem to not know how to put our payments towards the principle! You are saying we know owe you for May and June and those months have been both paid! It is not our fault that you don’t know how to do this! I rather go back to FLAGSTAR!
The worst bank ever that I deal with is Mr Cooper I tried to call them hundred times to speak with an agent they keep hanging off on me and their system is like they never answer your question. I give one stars because that’s what they deserve
Good luck trying to talk to anyone. Complete joke. Just need to ask a question about my escrow but automated system runs you in circles. Wish I could switch companies but we have no choice. I'm gonna try babbling like a buffon to see if that works
