Mr. Cooper force placed an insurance policy on me after a refinance with another bank, which was then, unfortunately, sold to Mr. Cooper. The annual premium is $991, however my monthly payment went up $153. Both my HOA and State Farm provided proof of coverage, but Mr. Cooper refuses to do anything.
