I called and left a message looking for repair to an AC system. I waited 2 full business days hearing nothing before I called somebody else. I could have had my AC fixed sooner if I hadn't been trying to be patient with this guy.
I called three times, left two messages, and texted him. No response. I have no idea if this business is even open for business. Happy to edit this review if I get a response.
Great! I am so i.pressed with mr cool i partnered with them to sell and install their equipment. Have a mr cool universal in my personal home and am loving it.
