Mr Cool, was very Professional. From when we first started asking questions, through the ordering and installation. They were fast and efficient when we needed help!
Great company to work with. They came out and diagnosed the issue with my furnace, ordered the parts, and got us back up and running quickly.
Joe at Mr Cool has helped us a couple times and has been very knowledgeable and helpful! Our furnace wasn’t working and he came out with in the day both times to get it fixed. Also the secretary Shay was very friendly and responded immediately. Definitely recommend Mr Cool!
We had an emergency issue in the middle of a freezing Winter in Cache Valley, with our furnace turning off multiple times. Joe from Mr. Cool came over and fixed the issue. He was professional, helpful, and took extra time to explain HVAC maintenance and how the system works. (We're new homeowners, so it was all REALLY helpful.) Really loved the experience, and plan to call them for service in the future.
