went to register my car still havent heard anything 2 and a half months later ...they have all my documents and never answer the phone ...not a good reputation nor good customer service playing with peoples money time and important documents verry upset.....came back to edit this becouse i recieved a response as seen below and was told that they would bring it to my home at 5 pm then text me and said no one was home mind u doors wide open everyone paying attention.....then say there goung to another direction will come back ... read more

Very unprofessional, terrible communication no accountability. I needed 2 birth certificates translated from Spanish to English, when I went she said it would take a few days but they would call me once they where done . I left my name, number and my email address so they could contact me with any questions . It has been about 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them .
