Rafael and his team just finished my roofing with TL luxury shingles, they never cheat and always promise the quality and details. I am a picky person but with this project I am 100% satisfied. The price is incredible reasonable. He also does some minor siding and facial board change for me with paint, u should let Rafael earn your job!

From a technical rainscreen siding detail to interior finish work including drywall work, I’m consistently impressed by his ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality in higher end work. He has a very positive attitude and is highly capable in the work he takes on.

Rafael came out quickly after I submitted an inquiry and determined the cause of a leak was our siding was falling apart and water was leaking through our window frames. He suggested Hardie Plank. He was very up front with me on expected cost and also clarified “surprise” costs that could turn up. Rafael started a week later and made quick work.
