We were hired to supply engineering, materials, specialty equipment and technicians for the 1 Archer Avenue project. M&R Construction Group, the GC on the project, allowed their Sub-Contractor Barone Steel Fabricators to get away without paying us for the materials and services provided as well as stolen materials and equipment destined to another project and withheld at the jobsite. This will be up till the day we received the $19,400 plus interest owed for the project.
We supplied engineering and materials for their 1 Archer Avenue project and not paid for the service and materials installed on the building
