He got to the house before we did and was already looking into things. Asked about the operation of the unit and then went in to look at the furnace and found that the wire for the thermostat wasn't at the proper voltage. Saw the original wire came through the ground and decided that it need to be rerouted to where it couldn't be hit when cutting the grass/yard work. Was very professional and quick to get this back to operational.
Had Zack out for maintenance check. Zack was very efficient and knowledgeable. Fast and friendly service! Highly recommend!
Called to get an estimate for a new HVAC system and water heater. Zack was early for appointment ( which was great by me) and was extremely thorough in assessing my needs. Update: After getting several quotes I chose Mr Comfort for the job. I was able to book fairly quickly. They arrived at promised time and completed the job earlier than anticipated. They were polite and professional and did a fabulous job. I am completely pleased with the service and my new HVAC system and water heater.
Excellent service, JJ was through and friendly, he made the experience very pleasant and I hope to see him again!
