Zack was able to get here within the same day of my furnace maintenance appt which revealed a motor bearing issue and resulted in serious consideration of replacing the entire unit, along with the AC unit due to both being 18 yrs old. He measured & calculated the unit i would need to consider along with providing 3 levels of performance & cost to choose from. He helped me with the finance option through Wells Fargo and was able to schedule the work to be done in 2 days!
