Very unsatisfied with the service, My car was scratched up!!
The pros are that this car wash has free powerful vacuums and they did let me go through three times when my car wasn’t getting washed properly. The big con is that I had to go through three times and my car still was not fully clean after the third time.
It's mid at best. I like the availability of vacuums. The challenge I have is you pay a lot for their subscription plan and then the passenger side brushes hardly ever work. The last couple of times, 2 of the 3 arms didn't move and the brushes didn't touch the passenger side of my car. Sometimes the jets on that side don't work. I will probably explore their competition.
