I had a very disappointing experience at Mr. Clean Car Wash because of the behavior of the General Manager, Sam. I asked for his last name so I could properly identify who I spoke with, but he refused to provide it. His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
