Had my car washed on 11/12/2025. After the wash, while drying the car, I noticed fine scratches on the car. Got the manager to look at the car. Silver D. (Owner/Operator) stated that the car wash did not cause the scratches, and they were caused by bushes. We don't normally take our 2021 Cadillac of roading.
