I recently visited the Mr. Clean Car Wash and had an extremely disappointing interaction with an employee named Joshua. From the moment I pulled up, he was unfriendly and dismissive, barely acknowledging me and rushing through the process without any explanation or courtesy. I had an extremely disappointing experience at MR Clean Car Wash. Joshua, one of the staff members, was incredibly unfriendly and outright rude during my visit. His lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point where I’m seriously considering canceling my membership. The service quality did not justify the attitude I encountered, and I expected much better customer service from a business like this. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone based on this experience.

I started my monthly car wash subscription about six weeks ago. I was having trouble with using the app. A young man named Mekhai (I apologize for misspelling, or if I remembered his name incorrectly) came out immediately and helped train me in how the license scanners work.
