I went to Mr. Clean Auto Care in Richmond to wash my car, and I had a really great experience. Adi was especially helpful and went out of his way to remove a scratch from my car for free. I really appreciated the extra effort and kindness. Great customer service, and I definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back again!
Took my car to Mr. Clean today and was honestly blown away. The crew was super friendly and didn't rush through the job—the interior looks spotless and the exterior is shining like new. Hard to find service this good anymore. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
I went to this car wash yesterday and selected the VIP Clean package, which includes both interior and exterior cleaning. According to their website, the service includes “Degrease door jambs,” but after picking up my car, I noticed that the door jambs and hinges were not cleaned at all. All four door jambs still had mud and dirt on them, and the trunk hinges were completely untouched and dusty.
