I’ve been seeing Chris on and off for 9 years now for 2 x hip replacements, and recently a knee. He doesn’t rush you into anything, is very patient at explaining things, generous with his time and clearly very experienced and passionate at what he does. Laura is also a gem and extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. Can’t thank them enough.

Over the last 28 years I have had extensive experience (6 knee operations) with other surgeons. In 2020, I met with Mr Jones as he was highly recommended by my physio. Fast forward 5 years and I have had 2 total knee replacements by Mr Jones, the first in 2020 and second knee in 2025. The experience I had with Chris and my recent hip replacement has been truly 5 star. He is an excellent surgeon who really cares about his patients , takes time to explain everything (no matter how many questions you may have), and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend him!
I had a TKR with Mr Jones in 2020. I have had numerous experiences with a few different orthopaedic surgeons over the years. Chris is the most understanding and down to earth surgeon I have dealt with. By a country mile. I thoroughly recommend him and his team (who are just as brilliant) if you are considering a joint replacement.
