No one picks up the phone. No one returns my calls, no one had responded to a referral and one email with a few questions and that referral. People right reviews as though the researcher needs the miracle worker.. the surgeon cuts you open and put a foreign object in your body. 🤦‍♀️ does this guy even exist.

I was a Sandringham waitlist patient of Chris Jones. I can tell you now that you are considered lucky to even be here. Never saw him again after surgery. No follow up, no response to questions, no chance to book an appointment to see him. Absolutely nothing. You joint is replaced and then they wipe their hands. What are all these reviews that state otherwise - his friends!

I've been calling this surgeon for months (6months) no response by any means what so ever. Not even an administration staff.

I’ve been seeing Chris on and off for 9 years now for 2 x hip replacements, and recently a knee. He doesn’t rush you into anything, is very patient at explaining things, generous with his time and clearly very experienced and passionate at what he does. Laura is also a gem and extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. Can’t thank them enough.
