I had to contact Mr. Chimney Sweep three times over the course of three days before receiving a response. Their voicemail mentions they’re very busy and suggest visiting their office for a callback (huh??)—problem is, their office is 45 minutes away. When I finally heard back, the contractor explained that their pricing is based on my location on the map. Think twice before you hire this company. No show twice. They do not answer your calls. Only voice message and that could use improvement as well. They request that you stop into their shop instead of calling. Not all people live in the area to stop at the shop. Previous owners were great.
