After receiving a quote from a company based out of Rochester, saying we needed to replace our entire chimney and wood burning stove, we called David for a second opinion. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped guide us through the next steps we needed to take (we did need a new stove, but the chimney was totally fine) and then was able to get to our home for install within the week of our stove arriving. Had a very informative conversation with Dave aka Mr Chimney man. Dave explained to us that the work we thought we needed on our chimney was not the way to go, that we would just be throwing our money away! He pointed us in a different direction that would ultimately be a better investment of our money. So although Dave will not be doing chimney work for us the knowledge and expertise he shared with us on 30 minute phone call was very much appreciated and we can't thank Dave enough!
