Can not get a response back from them… I have called multiple times and sent emails….. they confirmed 2 separate appointments, but were no shows for both………. Still need work done, and just want a response from them…….If things are resolved, I will change my review with updates

We had a house in Beaverton and Troy gave us the best quote for a tear off and replace. We sold that house and moved all the way to the other side of Portland and Troy came out and inspected the chimney, capped and cleaned it and helped us with the roof. He’s a great guy and takes pride in doing a good job at a fair price.
They've been cleaning our chimney for almost 20 years! Very knowledgeable and personable!
I wish I could give Mr. Chimney more than 5 stars. Troy did a cleaning and removal of a pellet stove that was in the house when we bought it. We wanted it removed so we could use the fireplace. Troy removed it, tested it and contacted a dealer on our behalf for some advise on selling it, which we did, for more than we expected to get for it. We're having Troy back to do some masonry work on our chimney and repair our flume. I definitely recommend Mr. Chimney and will call him for all my home's chimney needs.
