First time I've used this company. Best service ever!!!! Vivian, Efrain, Mark and Dillion were outstanding and went above and beyond to get my heating system back up and running before the next freeze came in. My heating system was still under warranty, and the parts were having to be shipped. Rather than wait the 5 or more days for them to come in, the next morning Vivian drove down and picked them up and my heat was back on by that evening. The sensor went out on our HVAC in the middle of the storm. Efren from Mr. Chill had it fixed swiftly.
These guys are awesome! They know what they’re doing and they get it done quickly and at a very fair price. I highly recommend them. We liked them so much with the work that they did for us we put them on a maintenance contract! They knew right away what was wrong with our heat pump and got it fixed on a 34° day here in Bastrop. Originally scheduled for 2 days, then availability changed and they showed up next day instead. Diagnosed, fix the issue, cleaned up, and tested multiple times before leaving. Highly recommend!
WOW! Dylan and his team helped guide us through cleaning and reengineering our duct work and HVAC, replacing supply vents and upgrading our system. He was extremely knowledgeable and consultative.
