Mr Chill installed an A/C to replace an older failing unit that was also leaking condensate. They also identified and replaced old ductwork whose insulation had torn, which caused condensation along the ducting in the attic with consequent mold. In the process they removed all the moldy attic insulation and identified the areas of moldy sheetrock that we subsequently replaced ourselves. Mr. Chill saved the day! Thank you to Jared who came out same-day and gave us an estimate and fixed the part. We now have a Turbo-capacitor in our AC unit.
