Dylan and his team were incredible!! They took such care when cleaning my ducts. I was worried it was going to be a lot of dust and debris while they cleaned, but they took care of everything and walked me through the process. They even wiped down the vacuum hose as it came out so that it didn’t get duct dust outside the vent! I have had great experiences with Mr. Chill! I had them come out to do a seasonal workup & found that they were very responsive, easy & quick to schedule, & reasonably priced (they have a good deal on maintenance contracts). Efrain was my technician and he was awesome! Very thorough, very knowledgeable, very personable and honest. I had an inverter heat pump air handler and coil that had a leaking evaporator coil. I had a technician who diagnosed the problem. I ordered the replacement coil and the factory couldn’t get a replacement coil only due to tariff problems. After over three months the factory decided to furnish me with a new air handler and coil to replace the leaking coil. My technician had disappeared.
