Great service. The 1st time I used them was last year during a cold spell and my heating system was not working - I’m in my 80s. I called the company I had a contract with; that company couldn’t come out until the following Friday (I called on Monday). Mr. Chill was called next; there was no particular reason I chose them other than I saw them next in the list of possibilities. They came out that same day and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service and friendly from the entire staff.
