Ed from Chem Dry came was so kind and thorough when he came to clean our carpet! We had a bad case of cat urine smell in one of our basement bedrooms and he cleaned and treated it so well. The odor is finally completely gone! We had tried cleaning it ourselves with our own carpet cleaner but it always left a faint smell behind.
Simple, quick and easy.
Ed was fantastic. Great communication and went well above the call of duty.
They arrived on time and were efficient and quick. When we needed to add a couple more areas the guy was super nice and very accommodating.
