Professional, efficient, approachable and caring. Charles & the team have been fantastic with my procedure which is a stark contrast with previous surgeons. I’m glad to have had a great outcome but I’m also very thankful for such a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charles to my friends and family… but fingers crossed that isn’t the case!
