After facing challenges during the ice storm, this place not only identified the broken part on my saw but also fixed it free of charge. I only had to pay for the replacement part, and the overall experience made me feel like part of the family. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.
As of March 16th 2024 Mr Chainsaw is no longer in business. Went to drop off my husky & the building is empty. They were a good place.
So far so good dropped my stihl chain off to be sharpened. I'll update my review once I get my chain back. Bought an Oregon chain while I was there. Cheapest price I've paid for one.
Dropped my Stihl chain saw on Wednesday, expecting a call back in a week. Two days later, got a call that the saw was ready for pickup! Since I had a downed tree in the orchard, great news! Thanks for the great service!!
I've been using these guys for more than 25 years. Never had a problem with them. Paul is fair and honest and the shop does quality work. Paul will try to save you money when he can. Sometimes the turn around time is a bit long, but that's because they are ALWAYS BUSY, especially in the peak season. I quit taking my stuff to the guy in the next town because he was never very busy. That says a lot.
