We were extremely happy with the job Richard did for us in a full bathroom reno. We had hired Mr Ceramic 32 years ago and were equally pleased then. We wanted to take out our jet tub as it’s tougher getting out of it as you get older. They put in new tile and a very modern large glass walled shower. Richard is a very skilled professional craftsman. His attention to detail and consultation throughout is outstanding!

We cannot express enough how much gratitude we have for Richard and Louise. First step was so easy with Louises' help. She seemed to know exactly what style I was aiming for. And as for Richard , he was so meticulous skillful and knowledgeable. He never stopped and never cut corners. Every little step was done so calculated and accurate. This was money well spent! Decided to remove tub and have a walk-in shower installed. We hired Mr. Ceramic Tile & Bathroom. This is a family based business. Richard who is a true craftsman at his trade and Louise who was so knowledgeable and patient with helping us bring our vision to fruition. Richard and Louise are a dynamic duo who are both professional, efficient, understanding, and always pleasant.
