I had a 30x40 building put up by this company. They were great! Until I gave them the deposit. It went down hill from there. Can’t trust anything they say. It was installed 3 months ago, some things weren’t installed right and there are multiple leaks. They agreed to come fix it but here I am 3 months later and they still haven’t showed up. I would not use this company again.
Horrible customer service. No communication, no returned phone calls. Crew left metal and screws all over the yard. Manufacturer didn't even send the whole order so 5 months and still waiting for a resolution.
I'm extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Mr. Carports to anyone. From the easy ordering and blueprint offerings to the timely delivery and construction process. Hands down would definitely use them again. Thank you for a wonderful shop!!
After sale they are done with you. Will not call you back or will help you. Left messages for over a month no return call. It always goes to there voice mail and no return but before the sale you would get a call right back but not after they got what they want. I called today and lady said weren't in but when I said something about BBB, I GET A CALL RIGHT BACK FROM the guy I was asking for then he tells me the usual ( I didn't get no messages but I left them for JR as well but then find out they go though custom built struc... read more
Mr Carports sells so much more than carports. Yajaira (Yaya) sold me a 64x48 commercial grade custom building for a very competitive price. She was great to work with throughout the entire process…even after the sale. [orders get handed off to their sister company “Custom Built Structures” for manufacturing and install].
