Well someone..Bob K.was recommended from this store..Totally not professional..did not not complete floor. Tried to add charges..Well I called Dennis and Don...at the store ..They Apologized for my experience. OWNER CAME TO CK JOB..SENT HIS OWN CREW TO " MAKE IT RIGHT".EVEN REPLACED STRIP IN MY KITCHEN. GAVE ME PAINT AND CAULKING NC..SUCH SWEET MEN..CREG..IS AWESOME..I WILL US ME. CARPET AGAIN WHEN MY FUNDS ALLOW FOE MY PORCH THEY REALLY DO CARE.TY
Dennis and Tina are the GREATEST! These folks have a seriously top notch outfit with the highest quality materials I've seen. They the friendliest, kindest people you ever want to meet. I went in there with a VERY smal project and they treated me as if I were carpeting a mansion. I'll be joyfully watching as their business grows into the most popular and busiest flooring company in Volusia and surrounding counties. Thank you guys so much for your help! Dennis and his office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer competitive prices as well having access to great subcontractors. Ours was a large tile job in an occupied home and it went very smoothly from the time we ordered our tile until the last subcontractor left. We highly recommend Mr. Carpet of Volusia County.
