I had a very good experience with this company and the installers were excellent, careful and helpful with furniture moving.
Rang Mr Carpet after reviewing website on staircase runners. Was advised to email plans and pictures to sales rep which I did. Was also asked to come down to showroom to "pick the carpet" but told them we were looking more for the free measure and quote. Just happened to be at Bunnings across the road and visited the showroom only to be told there isn't enough money in it for them to be bothered to take on the job. Thanks for wasting my time with this poor level of customer service.
