Communications with Mr. Carpet before and during installation were great, but became a bit more challenging once they finished the installation and were paid. Two days after installation we contacted David (Mr. Carpet) about an issue with the installation. David acknowledged it was an issue and agreed to fix it. However, it took 3 weeks to receive any follow-up. In the end, Mr. Carpet addressed the issue. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Communications with Mr. Carpet before and during installation were great, but that ended as soon as they finished the job and were paid. Two days after installation we sent David (Mr. Carpet) a picture (which is attached) showing that the stairs carpet was installed perpendicular to the carpet on the landing.
