Superb and prompt customer service, variety of vehicles in very good condition and affordable prices. They were very helpful when I was applying for the finance to purchase the vehicle. Documentation and everything else is well organised and prepared. I'm feeling so happy that I could get my first car from them.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Terrible experience. Purchased car via finance company, car was advertised as having full service history, this was incorrect! Issue with wetbelt which ford would have sorted free if car had full service history, as it didn't it meant the £2k bill was up to me. Mr carmax then lied and copied and pasted ad details removing the word 'full' from service history- autotrader gave me the correct one. Terrible experience- never again
