If I could give 0 stars, I would! Terrible experience. Purchased car via finance company, car was advertised as having full service history, this was incorrect! Issue with wetbelt which ford would have sorted free if car had full service history, as it didn't it meant the £2k bill was up to me. Mr carmax then lied and copied and pasted ad details removing the word 'full' from service history- autotrader gave me the correct one. Very pleased with the car I got. I chose to come 100 miles to view a car here because of their reputation. I bought a nice low milage 2004 Honda civic. They put it on the ramp so I could inspect the underside and suspension. I observed the windscreen wipers were squeaking a lot so they changed them for new ones. The battery seemed to be very weak and didn't start the car after it had been taken for a drive.
